Last updated: 2026-08-14
About This Policy
Videoify provides online AI video generation tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how uploaded media and generated content are handled, and the choices available to you when you use Videoify.
By using Videoify, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — Your name, email address, profile image, authentication information, and account preferences.
- AI generation content — Prompts, uploaded images, videos and audio, generation settings, task status, error details, and generated results.
- Usage and device information — Pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, device information, IP address, and diagnostic or security logs.
- Transaction information — Products purchased, subscription status, credit balance and usage, transaction identifiers, and billing history. Payment providers process payment card details; Videoify does not store complete card numbers.
- Communications — Support requests, feedback, and other messages you send to us.
- Cookies and similar technologies — Essential cookies used for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation, plus analytics or advertising technologies when enabled.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide accounts, AI video generation, file handling, credit accounting, subscriptions, and customer support.
- Send prompts and reference media to the AI providers needed to complete your requested generation.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce limits, and protect the service.
- Process purchases, maintain transaction records, and provide billing support.
- Diagnose errors, monitor reliability, and improve the usability and performance of Videoify.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Uploaded Media, AI Tasks, and Retention
Videoify currently handles AI media as follows:
- Temporary input files: Images, videos, and audio uploaded for AI generation are stored in Videoify's temporary Cloudflare R2 storage. They are available for up to 7 days, are scheduled for automatic deletion after that period, and may be deleted manually sooner where the interface provides that option.
- Temporary access URLs: Uploaded media may be made available through non-indexed URLs with randomized identifiers so that the selected AI provider can process the file. Anyone who obtains a working URL may be able to access it until it expires or the file is deleted, so you should not share these URLs.
- Task records: We may retain prompts, selected settings, model and workflow information, task identifiers, status, credit usage, timestamps, and error information for account history, support, fraud prevention, and service operation.
- Generated outputs: Successful generated videos may be copied to Videoify storage so that you can access them after the upstream provider's temporary link expires. Generated outputs are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely. You should download any result you need to keep.
- Provider retention: Videoify currently uses KIE.ai to process MiniMax H3 generation requests. KIE publishes its own retention rules for media and task logs. Those copies are controlled by KIE and may have a different retention period from Videoify's temporary upload storage.
Deletion from active storage may not immediately remove limited copies from security logs, transaction records, disaster-recovery systems, or backups where retention is necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. Such copies are isolated from normal use and removed according to their applicable retention cycle.
AI Model Training
Videoify does not use your prompts, uploaded media, or generated results to train AI models owned by Videoify.
AI generation is performed through third-party providers. Those providers process the content necessary to complete your request under their own terms and privacy policies. Videoify does not represent that every third-party provider follows the same training or retention practices. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the applicable provider processing it.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Videoify, including:
- AI generation providers, including KIE.ai and its underlying model services.
- Cloud hosting and storage providers, including Cloudflare R2.
- Authentication, email, support, analytics, and security providers when enabled.
- Payment processors used for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect users, Videoify, or the public.
These providers may process information in countries different from your own and are governed by their own agreements and legal obligations.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls, server-side credential storage, randomized storage keys, and ownership checks for uploaded files and task records.
No Internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also:
- Update available account information through your account settings.
- Delete uploaded media before its scheduled expiration where supported.
- Manage browser cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from working.
- Request account or personal-data assistance by contacting us.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also retain information where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
Children's Privacy
Videoify is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required by the laws of their location.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Videoify, its providers, or applicable laws change. We will update the date shown on this page and provide additional notice when required.
