Terms of Service
The terms governing accounts, AI video generation, credits, subscriptions, and use of Videoify.
Last updated: 2026-08-14
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Videoify, including its website, AI video generation tools, account features, credits, subscriptions, and related services.
By accessing or using Videoify, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you use Videoify on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Videoify Service
Videoify lets users submit prompts and permitted reference media to third-party AI models to generate video content. Available models, workflows, parameters, output quality, processing time, credit cost, and other features may change as the service and its providers evolve.
AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that an output will be unique, accurate, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or consistent with every instruction. Previewed estimates and processing times are informational and are not guarantees.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information and keeping it current.
- Protecting your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Ensuring that your use of Videoify complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that create security risk, violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or expose Videoify or others to legal liability.
User Content and Permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, uploaded media, and generated outputs (collectively, "User Content"). You grant Videoify a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, and provide User Content to our service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Videoify service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases necessary to upload and process User Content, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, faces, voices, personal data, and confidential information.
Videoify does not use User Content to train AI models owned by Videoify. Third-party AI providers process User Content under their own terms and policies, which may differ from ours.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Videoify to:
- Break the law, facilitate wrongdoing, or evade legal or regulatory obligations.
- Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, exploitative content, or content that facilitates abuse.
- Impersonate, deceive, harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.
- Create misleading synthetic media without disclosures where disclosure is required by law.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Videoify or its providers.
- Resell, automate, scrape, or access the service in a way that bypasses published limits or materially interferes with other users.
We may remove content, reject tasks, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules.
Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment
Some Videoify features require credits. The credit cost shown before generation is calculated from the selected model, workflow, duration, resolution, and other applicable settings. The server-calculated cost controls the final charge.
- Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled and provide the credit allocation shown at purchase.
- Subscription credits are time-limited to the applicable paid term. Monthly-plan credits expire at the next monthly renewal. Yearly-plan credits may accumulate during the annual term but expire at the next annual renewal and do not roll into a new annual term.
- One-time credit-pack credits do not expire under the current catalog unless different terms are clearly shown before purchase.
- A generation task normally consumes credits when the task is accepted. If a task is recorded as failed by Videoify, the corresponding consumed credits are automatically restored.
- Successful generations and results that do not meet subjective preferences are not automatically eligible for credit restoration.
Prices, taxes, plan benefits, and credit rates may change prospectively. Any refund rights are governed by the terms shown at purchase, the applicable payment provider, and mandatory law. Contact support if you believe a payment or credit transaction was incorrect.
Uploaded Files and Generated Results
Temporary input files are subject to the retention period described in our Privacy Policy and may be manually deleted earlier. Generated outputs are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely, even when copied to Videoify storage. You are responsible for downloading and backing up outputs you need to keep.
Deleting a file while it is used by an active generation task may be restricted until that task finishes. Expiration or deletion of an input file does not necessarily delete transaction records, task metadata, or copies already sent to third-party processors under their own retention rules.
AI Outputs and Intellectual Property
The legal status and protectability of AI-generated content vary by jurisdiction. Videoify does not provide legal advice or guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright, free of third-party rights, or safe for every commercial use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them, obtaining any necessary permissions, and adding disclosures or labels where required.
Third-Party Services
Videoify depends on third-party services for AI processing, storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, and infrastructure. Their availability, terms, and processing practices may affect the service. Videoify is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Service Availability and Changes
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve Videoify. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videoify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videoify and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or generated content arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Videoify during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using Videoify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security threats, non-payment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Videoify or applicable law changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
